KAT X is a London born multi-platinum songwriter, Producer, DJ and vocalist. She has written many chart topping singles and albums internationally, which have earnt her multiple gold and platinum discs.

KAT X has DJ'd for many venues in Ibiza, Marbella and London. Holding residencies at Izakaya and IT in Ibiza, El Chiringuito in Marbella and Novikov and The Curtain hotel in London. KAT X has also played at The Aubrey, The Groucho club, Blakes hotel, The Mandrake, IT London, Playa Padre Marbella, La Suite Marbella and the Maddox Green Room. KAT X merges genres of deep house, disco and afro house, which has attracted the high end party scene to book her for events for Fashion TV, Ferrari, Elf Cosmetics and Boodles.

KAT X released her first two singles on Defected's sister label D4DANCE, produced by prolific DJ / Producer HOSH, co-founder of the 'Diynamic' label with Solomun and Stimming. 'Losing Myself' released in September 2021, peaking at No.12 on the upfront club charts in the UK. The emotional, ethereal tones of KAT X's vocal, blended with its dramatic and progressive production, creates a unique beauty that is KAT X's sound. Following that, was 'No Regret's, releasing in December 2021 and reaching No.6 on the upfront club charts. KAT X is currently writing an album.
