Our Head Chef Douglas Santi has created the perfect lunch menu, gathering all the flavours from the Greek and Turkish coasts around the Aegean Sea.
The menu includes small mezze starters followed by flame-cooked mains. To finish it on a high, Turkish coffee or tea is served with baklavas.
